About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butcher/Cook to join our team at Lami-a Food Corp. in Oakridge A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue City, Cebu. As a Butcher/Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products and assisting in the preparation of delicious dishes in our bustling kitchen. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in upholding our restaurant's reputation for serving exceptional Korean cuisine.

What you'll be doing

1. Expertly butcher and prepare a variety of meats to meet the restaurant's daily needs
2. Assist with the preparation of ingredients and the cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards
3. Ensure all work areas, equipment, and tools are kept clean, organised, and in good working condition
4. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers
