Job Description
- Resort butlers will provide highly personalized, discreet service to VIPs and suite guests, acting as their main point of contact to ensure a seamless stay.
- Key duties include in-room check-in/out, unpacking/packing, garment pressing, shoe shining, serving meals, organizing amenities, and anticipating guest needs, while managing in-room, high-end services.
- Greeting guests, managing luggage, facilitating in-room check-in/check-out, and serving welcome drinks.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a polished appearance.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine, and butler etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
