Buyer and Inside Sales Support

Job Description

As a Buyer / Inside Sales Support, you will play a key role in both procurement and customer service operations within the Profit Centre. In this hybrid role, you are responsible for sourcing and procuring materials for resale, ensuring competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable delivery from vendors. You will oversee the full inventory lifecycle, maintaining accurate inventory controls within the computer system and updating all records to support optimal stock levels and order fill rates.

In addition to your purchasing responsibilities, you will support the Inside Sales team by responding to customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, preparing quotations, and assisting with order management.
