About the role

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team at Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc.'. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our procurement management processes within our manufacturing in Calamba City, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for material planning and procurement of electrical components.
• Analyze MRP data and monitors lead time considering demand forecasts to ensure timely deliveries.
• Confirm and follow up order acknowledgments and delivery confirmation.
• Expedites urgent materials and controls materials inventory.
• Reports and updates Planning/Sales for the materials delivery status and commitments.
• Reviews and develop strategies to reduce idle/slow moving, excess inventory, excess PO to minimize handling and related costs.
• Collaborate w/ Quality team in addressing quality issues, returns, cost charging and supplier performance evaluation
