Buyer (Chemical MNC | Contractual Arrangement)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Procure to Pay process for both direct materials, indirect materials and services in accordance to company policy and procedures
• Review and establish short and long terms contracts, issue spot purchase orders
• Maintain and upload contracts in the Contact Portal
• Setups and maintain internal / external catalogues items.
• Analyze market directions, supplier positions, outlook, risk, opportunities, for achieving reliable services and supply at lowest cost.
• Initiate contracting strategies to drive synergies and deliver savings and value creation.
• Analyze quotation prices, set up contracts, issue purchase orders, review and evaluate supplier performance with end users.
• Identifying and classifying fast moving items and establish a long-term contract.
