Our client is a successful established business who deliver civil engineering and surfacing works. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit for a Buyer / Administrator to join their team whilst supporting site operations

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement and sourcing of materials, plant, and tools requested from site
• Raising, tracking, and closing purchase orders
• Negotiating prices and contract rates with suppliers
• Maintaining strong working relationships with key suppliers
• Pricing bills of materials to support tender submissions
• Weekly planning and scheduling of site projects
• Hiring of equipment for sites
• Coordinating site operatives for ongoing projects

Invoicing & Financial Administration

• Approval of material invoices
• Reviewing, validating, a high volume of monthly invoices
