Handle the capex purchasing process in coordination with the project manager, the main buyer and the team, from the early determination of the purchasing strategy to the completion of the contract execution

KPIs : 

• On-time PO placement rate (%)
• Difference between negotiated and final price (%)
• Supplier non-compliance rate (%)
• Delivery time in contract compaired to Project Schedule

Responsible for supply chain management in a project, serving as the single point of contact with ArcelorMittal's Purchasing team. Includes teams handling expediting, procurement, logistics, and quality inspections. Identifies and resolves governance issues, drives process improvements, and ensures timely communication. Selects vendors, negotiates contracts, manages risks and claims, and adheres to quality policies. Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize purchasing performance and supports the program manager.
