Buyer, IBP

The Buyer is responsible for executing procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, services, and products while supporting quality, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with planning, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure business continuity.

**What You Will Do**

Procurement Execution

+ Create and manage purchase orders in line with demand and supply plans
+ Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production / customer requirements
+ Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking

Supplier Management

+ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and performance
+ Track supplier KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead time adherence, and quality
+ Resolve supply issues, delays, and escalations proactively
