- Responsible for the adquisition of merchandise, quote materials verifying products and service, generate and provide follow-up purchase orders, maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities: Negotiate prices with MRO material and service providers quote the best price, best quality for services and product required (3 quotes) Create purchase orders according with materials requirements Give daily follow up on open orders and their respective merchandise delivery date Analysis of materials requirements and process corresponding reports Inventory of materials Other duties as assigned Skill: Team Work Organized Capacity of Analysis Proactive Sense of urgency Display a lot of iniciative
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor Degree: Engineering/Administration No experience necessary Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Level of spoken and written English: Intermediate / advanced
