Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all assigned authorized purchase requests for ICD, ILT, TCTI, DPW Requirements are converted to purchase orders immediately within reasonable, economical cost and based on the company's approved budget, and implementing measures for full safety compliance of all controlled accredited suppliers and contractors.
• Handling sourcing and tabulation of bids for assigned category items.
• Coordinating with requisitioning department for accurate specifications and evaluating requisitions for urgency, nature of items and quantity needed.
• Coordinating with at least three suppliers for submission of quotation tables and offers.
• Monitoring Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to ensure items are processed and delivered within schedule.
• Managing and maintaining enrollment, deactivation, updating of supplier information and cost details.
