Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and performance 
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP 
Monitor open orders and resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments) 
Maintain inventory levels aligned to targets and business needs 
Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support decision-making 
Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution 
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and finance 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, planning) 
Identify and drive process improvements within procurement and supply chain 
Maintain accurate system data (lead times, pricing, MOQ, etc.) 
 Qualifications  Experience working in SAP ERP system 
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
