Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic and tactical procurement of materials to support customers' fulfillment, achieve corporate and plant objectives and set targets.
• Execute purchase requisitions to support plant and production needs accordingly.
• Ensure timely executions of all requisitions and adhere to proper metrics.
• Assurance of supply for all requisitions.
• To have sense of urgency to accomplish all urgent tasks by priority and urgency.
• Ensure timely management and tracking on Indirect documents’ adherence and compliance.
• Manage Indirect reporting and tracking.
• Manage all requisitions optimizing Inventory excesses and obsolescence.
• Manage overall relationship and performance of Suppliers.
• Manage overall relationship and performance of internal customers and requestors.
• Any other assignment as given.
