Buyer Planner (MEX)

Lead the Soucing Tactical Team for setting up suppliers, placing requisitions/PO’s, invoice reconciliation and onsite support for POM’s as needed.

• Invoice Management (discrepancies, holds & resolutions)
• On site support by request
• Physical Inventory
• Annual policies RFQ (finding, vetting and meeting suppliers)
• RFQ (creating bid event in RFx tool)
• Daily Support (escalations, shortages, and PO requests)
• Emails (responding timely to stakeholders)
• Meetings (as scheduled)
• Cost Savings Projects (ideating, funnel updates, actioning and executing)
• Reporting (KPI's, project status, etc.)
• Contract Reviews & Contract Administration (signatures, scanning, storing)
• Internal Audit (requested by Trade Compliance)
