Buyer / Purchaser (5 Days / Joo Koon)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of direct / indirect materials required for production & office supplies
• Ensure materials purchased are in accordance with the specific project requisition in term of specification, quality, cost and timely delivery
• Follow up on materials delivery deadlines
• Coordinate with project personnel on purchasing issue
• To update on ISO; control of stationery
• Assist in inventory control and cost reduction
• Any other purchasing tasks assign from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain Management/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 year relevant experience in Manufacturing environment
• Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English and Chinese
• Able to exercise initiative and work with minimum supervision
