Job Description – Buyer (Raw Materials)

The Buyer for Raw Materials will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for both major and minor raw materials essential to the company's manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely and cost-efficient sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management to maintain consistent supply and support production requirements.

Scope of Raw Materials:

• Major Raw Materials: wheat, flour, fats, oils, feed vitamins, feed micro, cocoa, milk, cheese, glucose, corn-based products, sugar, fresh eggs and produce, nuts, grains, and other farm-sourced materials.
• Minor Raw Materials: flavors, spices, seasonings, texturizers, colors, emulsifiers, additives, vitamins, preservatives, bread improvers, and baking ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
