Negotiate, source and purchase materials at the lowest possible cost without compromising on price quality and delivery
Assist Material Manager or Senior Buyer / Planner for all purchasing issues
Principal Responsibilities :
Source and purchase of materials based on the Materials Purchase Requisition
Maintain accurate data entry of purchase PO status on MRP system and spreadsheet
Send RFQ, analyze the quotation, recommend, negotiate before PO confirmation
Monitor the Purchase to ensure the delivery fulfillment
Liaise with suppliers on the goods reject, return and repair
