Location & Work Model

• Based in Madrid
• 50% hybrid model: one week working from the office in Madrid, followed by one week remote

Phase 1 - Junior Buyer (Year 1-2)

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: 32.000€
• Variable: 3.000€
• Loyalty Bonus: 2k after first 12 months
