Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Ensure supplier performance & Determine material requirements from production schedules and prepare purchase orders to ensure efficient movement of materials.
- Review potential shortages and expedite delivery of goods.
- Notify production control of unavoidable shortages including delivery schedule which will close out the shortage condition - Analyze market and delivery conditions to determine present and future opportunities/threats and prepare and execute action plans.
- Develop suppliers to improve delivery, quality and reduce costs.Estimate values according to knowledge of market price, value for money.
