• Sourcing experience for consumables, non-trade and trade items.
• Upload weekly forecast or demands based on real customer order and review the MRP
• Review and update Daily backlog shortage report to Sales Admin/Customers.
• Release PO based on correct strategy.
• Make sure PO is submitted for approval and release to supplier after PO is approved
• Work with suppliers on ETD/ETA
• Follow up with Freight forwarders/Couriers on moving the shipment
• Follow up and get disposition from suppliers if incoming materials have defects/ or if defects are encountered at customer end.
• Work on Monthly excess / ageing reporting
