The Opportunity

You will work side-by-side with the Director, supporting active buyer clients from enquiry through to settlement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will learn negotiation, market analysis and client management at a high level. This is not an admin role. This is a sales-driven support position with clear earning potential and progression.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting the Director with active buyer clients

Building relationships with local real estate agents

Sourcing off-market and pre-market opportunities

Attending property inspections on behalf of clients

Managing and nurturing a warm database

Monitoring the market and providing updates to clients

Liaising with agents, solicitors and vendors

Managing emails, appointments and diaries

Delivering exceptional client care from sign-up to settlement

Attending weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
