The Opportunity

You will work side-by-side with the Director, supporting active buyer clients from enquiry through to settlement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will learn negotiation, market analysis and client management at a high level. This is not an admin role. This is a sales-driven support position with clear earning potential and progression.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director with active buyer clients
• Building relationships with local real estate agents
• Sourcing off-market and pre-market opportunities
• Attending property inspections on behalf of clients
• Managing and nurturing a warm database
• Monitoring the market and providing updates to clients
• Liaising with agents, solicitors and vendors
