Buying Analyst

Position Purpose
Provide administrative support to buyers and facilitate delivery of the OTC business and required products.
Job Description
· To assist the buyer in specific category plan to achieve commercial objectives and achieve financial performance targets.
· To assist the operational team in UK as point of contact regarding OTC products delivery into warehouse by providing in-time operational and administrative support on behalf of buyers to Supply chain, Logistics, Goods in and Stock control teams.
· To perform all the weekly and monthly procedures to extract, manage and analyse total sales data of OTC products in the pharmacies and reporting back to the buyers and suppliers for sales analysis.
· To support buyers in raising invoices and purchase orders as point of contact with Finance team to resolve the queries.
