Responsibilities & Tasks

Software Development & Engineering

• Application Development: Write and debug C++ and C# application code for edge device systems.
• Bug Resolution: Identify, reproduce, and fix software bugs across C++, C#, bash, Python, SQL, and Puppet.
• Configure CloudWatch logging and monitoring for edge device telemetry.
• Contribute to scripted and procedural workflow improvements.
• Develop and manage system requirements by performing requirement analysis, writing, and traceability.
• Create, conduct, and document system test procedures.

Technical Operations & Incident Management

• Advanced Incident Resolution: Act as a final escalation point for the UK team for complex technical issues with edge devices and hardware subsystems.
