Primary Responsibilities:
Support the monthly corporate close, including preparing journal entries.

Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items and other issues in a timely

manner.

Investigate and resolve transnational processing issues.

• SEC reporting.
• Assist in inter-company accounting and reconciliation process.
• Work on warranty; leases; general, liability, property, health care, and other insurance;

and pensions, among other items, as assigned.

– Support preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows.

– Support the preparation of the annual SEC filings.

– Properly execute internal controls compliance within the Corporate Accounting

department by ensuring processes and controls are adequately documented, maintained,

and applied.
