Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a C2ISR Technology Lead to be the technical leader over systems, network, SATCOM, cloud, and integration for the C2ISR Transport effort under Eagle-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Sets reference architectures/standards, chairs design reviews, and governs interface control, performance, and resilience.

+ Prioritizes tech insertion, lab/field integration, and T&E gates (TRR/TVR).

+ Mentors architects/engineers and synchronizes with PMO, Cyber, and Ops for mission-ready deployments.

+ Translates technical requirements, assesses facility/operational impacts, and standardizes SLAs/MOAs.

+ Assists the Aquisition Lead with drafts/reviews PWS/SOW, IGCEs, QASPs, ...
