Cabin Crew Manager

Requirements:

• Degree with relevant qualification / certification OR equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or in a senior cabin crew leadership role.
• Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or similar role within the private aviation industry or premium airline operations.
• Proven hands-on experience working within an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) environment, specifically in relation to cabin crew operations and management.
• Excellent knowledge and skills of safety procedures and regulations in aviation.
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, organizational excellence, and people management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
