Cabin Crew Supervisor

Nolinor is looking for a Flight Attendant Supervisor. This role is for someone who knows our operations, understands the realities on the ground, and is ready to take on a concrete leadership role. The duration of the engagement is open to discussion — permanent position or contract — depending on the profile and aspirations of the selected candidate. This is not an administrative position. It is a role of presence, influence and mobilization. The chosen person will be the link between management and the cabin crew team: they will explain, bring people together and act.
