Location: Carrollton / Irving / Red Oak, TX (On-site)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $23–$40/hour (based on experience) + Overtime (1.5x)

We are hiring multiple Cable Technicians, Fiber Technicians, Lead Techs, and Fiber Splicers to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects with strong potential for full-time conversion and career growth.
Key Responsibilities

+ Install, route, and secure fiber optic and copper cabling (Cat5, Cat6, coax)

+ Perform cable pulling, dressing, labeling, and pathway installation

+ Complete rack and stack, cable tray installation, and equipment setup

+ Conduct terminations, testing, and troubleshooting (fiber and copper)
