CAD Drafter

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafter to support the design and documentation of underground natural gas piping systems. This role will focus on creating, updating, and maintaining accurate technical drawings used for construction, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience in utility drafting, specifically with subsurface or pipeline infrastructure, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Create and revise CAD drawings for underground gas pipeline systems, including mains, services, and associated infrastructure

+ Interpret field data, engineering markups, and survey information to produce accurate as-built drawings

+ Update and maintain existing utility maps and records within CAD and/or GIS systems

+ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design accuracy and completeness
