Job Description
Prepare, update, and maintain 2D CAD drawings and 3D BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
Develop preliminary drawings, detailed design drawings, tender drawings, contract drawings, and construction drawings.
Coordinate and integrate information from architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Perform clash detection and model coordination where required.
Revise drawings and models based on design changes and project feedback.
Maintain proper document control and file management.
Assist project teams in resolving drafting and modelling issues.
Support project delivery within specified timelines and quality requirements
