Job Description

Position: CAD Drafting 



JOB DESCRIPTION  RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of plans, details and specifications for upcoming projects from plans and specifications focused on roofing and waterproofing details 
Communicate with the design authority and end user , contractor, as to specifics of the expansion joints configuration 
Prepare expansion joint layouts on AutoCAD for quoting purposes based on reviewed expansion joints layouts by design authority or customer
Create custom expansion joint details for non-standard conditions, on a project-to-project basis
Work alongside other drafting technicians to coordinate workload and collaborate on more demanding projects as needed
Maintain organized and timely deliverables for sales and production departments
Communicate deadlines and timelines clearly and consistently with sales and quotations departments
