Required Skills & Qualifications Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar structural detailing software. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials & connections. Education: ITI certification, or diploma in civil drafting/engineering. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in calculations and drafting. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with project teams.
