CAD Operator

Qualification Standards

Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

Experience

• At least 1 year technical work experience as a CAD Operator in a construction company
• Knowledge of engineering practices and methods
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry for calculating figures and amounts
• Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, SketchUp Proficient
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office Basic
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills Intermediate
• Professional attitude and appearance
