About the role

BF Builders and Construction (BF-BCC) Corp. is seeking a talented CAD Operator to join our dynamic team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and designs that support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) components of construction projects
2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and specifications
3. Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company policies
4. Maintain and update CAD libraries, templates, and standards
