CAD Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings for construction projects
• Produce drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, site layouts, and details
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and design instructions from engineers and architects
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, building codes, and project requirements
• Revise drawings based on design changes and site feedback
• Maintain organized drawing files and proper version control
• Coordinate properly with teams

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD software
• Good understanding of construction drawings and terminology
• Basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
