Are you a Senior CAD/CAM Programmer looking to take ownership of complex, multi-axis CNC programming in a high-precision engineering environment working with challenging materials and tight tolerances?

This is a senior, technically focused role within a modern machine shop, where you will be responsible for delivering robust, right-first-time CNC programs for 3, 4 and 5-axis machines. You will support both internal production and external customer projects, contributing to fast-paced, high-value manufacturing work.

You will act as a key technical authority on the shop floor, supporting machining teams during prove-out and production, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement across machining processes.
