CAD Technician

Job Description Working as part of a dedicated team, the CAD Technician will contribute to the management, accuracy and development of architectural, space and building data. The role supports the transition to structured BIM and digital records, ensuring that building information is reliable, secure and aligned with operational and strategic estate needs. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the Bank’s architectural archive, including digital drawings, BIM models and hard copy records, ensuring robust access control and governance processes. Produce, revise and maintain accurate 2D CAD drawings and Revit BIM models for BAU and project activity. Support the BIM transition by developing model content, applying structure and classification, and maintaining model consistency and data integrity.
