CAD/CAM Progammer

• Deep knowledge of CAD/CAM suites (Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks).
• Knowing how fast a tool should spin and move based on the material (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.).
• Selecting the right drills, end mills, and inserts for the job.
• While software generates the code, a programmer must be able to read and manually edit G-code to fine-tune operations.
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to interpret complex engineering drawings.
