Cadd Operator

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

· At least one (1) year technical work experience as a CAD Operator in a construction company

· Knowledge of engineering practices and methods

· Ability to read and understand construction plans

· Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry used in calculating figures and amounts

· Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, Sketch Up-Proficient

· Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic

· Attention to detail

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage

· Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate

· Professional attitude and appearance

C. Eligibility

Licensed Architect, But not required
