Cadet Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer for Palm Oil Mill overall operation including management, planning, controlling and production to ensure optimal function with high productivity.
• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer for a team of Palm oil Mill personnel to achieve company goals and targets.
• To assist the Mill Manager/Engineer in Palm oil mill's maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing and improving maintenance program.
• Able to work independently and able to communicate and work effectively with internal and external parties.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering from recognized university or equivalent.
• Those with experience in Palm Oil Mill sector will be added advantage
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
