Cadet Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads, plans, controls the operation section.
• Manage and control incoming and outgoing processing-related activities such as job requests from internal customers.
• Provide and monitor production inventory of parts and materials.
• Ensure that all units sent/released output conformers with set quality standards.
• Coordinate with production planner on matters pertaining to needed materials and supplies for the engine.
• Maintains, implements, and processes quality standards.
• Implements work order
• Review, and evaluate processes, repair improvements and coordinate the same with the organization interface.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment for purchasing for production efficiency.
• Reviews, recommends, and handles Quality Issues
• Timely submission of required quality reports such as inferior parts.
