I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: Cadet Engineer
Department: Production
Work Location: Feedmix-Pulilan
II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports to: Senior Plant Supervisor
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and document standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices in manufacturing.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or process efficiency projects.
IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: College graduate
Course: BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
