Job Description
**Objective**Perform CAE and simulation activities for product/system creation, and/or verification for all innovation and development projects, utilizing internal and with external resources.Responsible to ensure product meets performance specifications prior to creation of physical prototypes.
**Schooling**Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
**Experience Required**Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in similar positions, including internships, performing analysis and simulation of powertrain components/systems.
**Specific Knowledge**Three to five years CAE work experience in strength, durability or NVH analysis of powertrain components/systems.Strong knowledge & experience in using CAE analysis software such as Altair HyperWorks, ABAQUS, Optistruct, FEMFAT etc. with ability to run, debug and post-process results.Experience with optimization tools such as Optistruct, Tosca etc.Strong analytical and problem solving (root cause...
