Job Description
Become a vital part of CAE Defence & Security as an Instructor Pilot for PC-21, driving mission readiness and safety for future pilots. Your expertise will empower military aviators to excel in their training.
In this position, you will leverage your flying experience to provide comprehensive training across various platforms, including synthetic devices and live flight. Take on responsibilities that include instructional sorties, maintaining flight certification, and supporting courseware improvements, ensuring trainees are ready for real-world missions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training from classrooms to live flying scenarios
• Design and develop courseware and test synthetic devices
• Maintain instructor currency and flight proficiency
• Prepare detailed presentations and briefings
• Support safety program protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• 500 hours minimum flying time required
• Commercial Pilot Licence and instructor rating necessary
