Job Description
The Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while upholding high standards in customer service, staff performance, and operational compliance. Working closely with the Owner and other Manager, this role oversees staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and on-floor execution, with a strong emphasis on fairness, neutrality, and professionalism. The Manager is expected to strictly enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in the bar and kitchen, while maintaining a balanced approach that supports both business objectives and employee accountability. This role requires sound judgment, consistency, and the ability to lead without bias, ensuring decisions are driven by company policies, service standards, and operational needs.
