VMCH’s innovative social enterprise café in Nunawading is on the lookout for two passionate Disability Support Workers with hospitality experience to help people with disability build job skills, confidence, and independence.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support and train our café trainees as they gain real-world experience in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Working alongside hospitality and disability professionals, you’ll help deliver great coffee, great food, and even greater opportunities.
