Role Overview
Support daily kitchen operations through food preparation, basic cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service while developing fundamental kitchen skills in a structured, supportive café environment.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes
Cook and plate dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef / Sous Chef
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
