Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to recipes
• Cook and plate dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef / Sous Chef
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Support the team during peak service hours
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (café or restaurant)
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene
