Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Leader to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen workflow, maintain food quality standards, and lead the team effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen and outlet operations
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage
• Supervise, guide, and train kitchen staff
• Handle team coordination and resolve operational issues when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and outlet
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment
