Position Details

Anniebrook Farm is a unique family business on 17 acres. It is a working farm which includes both hospitality and retails venues; the farm café, gift shop, vineyards, farm animals as well facilities to hosts weddings, special events and tours. The Café Manager position involves the management of an establishment which is a mix of hospitality, retail and event venue.



Tasks and Duties;



• Managing day to day operations of the farm which includes café and retail store.

• Hiring, training and supervising the staff across the venue.

• Lead staff in the delivery of customer service

• Manage the booking system for visiting groups

• Manage supply of food stock, retail items and cleaning supplies

• Share the management of social media and communication promoting the venue, its products sold in the café and retail store with the owner.
